How do I use chat?

This is probably a daft question but.....
When I click on live chat all I get is am empty box. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Oh yes, and then it freezes up pc

How do I use chat?

Open chat in a new window, then maximize that window so you can see the text box. Click onto the text box so you can type. I hope this helps!

I'm no pro at this but have to have Java... it does take a long time to load so maybe if you try again and leave it for a bit to load it might work?

Hi All, still cannot use chat. I have java and when I click on "Public chat in new window" I still just get this ....."Search Engine Optimization by vBSEO 3.1.0"
Nowhere to type, nothing.
????
Then pc freezes and I have to shut everything down.
Any ideas anyone?

Starting,

You only have to be a subscriber to use subscriber chat. You should be able to get into public chat.... hope that helps.
