I did horribly in August.... I put NO effort in. Self indulged whenever I felt like it.

I am so for a sober September. I love the beginning of 'fall' and it may just give me the umph to start living healthy again.

Tonight, I know I will give it one last horrah - then it is all about a new lifestyle for me.

I would like to jojn..I have been Af for awhile, but I plan to staythat way for life, so count me in for September. This is a particulary harder month than some for me as some significant dates for a lost loved one fall this month...first one being the 4th and I do not have the kids for the weekend! I am armed with supps though and WILL NOT DRINK. In the past these dates have sent me on binges and I simply refuse to keep reliving the past. I started off my weekend today with my sons 5th grade class...spent the whole morning with him and then had lunch. I have made my list for the weekend and will follow through with it. Here's to NO AL!!!
