How do you guys get those cute pictures to describe yourself????

I am new and totally Dumb when it comes to computers. can anyone tell me how you get the pictures and the quotes?? some of you are sooo funny and I like it!!!

At the bottom of the post you are trying to quote, on the right hand side there is a blue bubble that says Quote. Click on that. And you type you message as normal.
