Good Morning All,
Loved the video Zeppie! Watching that dog made me tired!
Everyone seems to be up and ready to take on an AF weekend. Is it raining in Ireland and GB today? We're having the remanants of tropical storm Hannah this weekend and boy does it feel tropical here today. It feels like a sauna! I guess we're lucky as those poor people in Haiti were really devastated by the storm.
Must lift my lazy but off this chair to get to the gym then off tho the vet to schedule surgery for the dog's torn ACL. Don't want to find out how much that will cost!!!! It has to get done.
Don't have any plans for tonight but I KNOW I won't be drinking.
Will come back later to continue on with the epic that this thread becomes. It's so nice to know we're not alone in this!!!

I hope my partner appriciates this meal tnt, cause its just taken me an hour and a half to get everything for it. Had half of sainsbury's running around looking for stuff for me!! Bought some nice elderflower presse to go with the meal, and am looking forward to the challenge! Gotta print the menus now. Tell me, i saw 2 alcoholics in the store buying sherry and something to eat. When i went to pay, they were behind me jabbering away about nothing. It made me feel good about myself. I felt no sorrow for them. Feel quite guilty about that. Any thoughts?

Good morning all! Sounds like everyone is doing great. I am going to move a tree today, a small cypress-kind of tree that I allowed to grow up in the middle of a pathway. Now it's not really cute any more, it's just BIG, so I either cut it down or move it. I hope it survives the move.

Oh, I didn't really look at it till today, and when I did I was surprised. I'm really not that much of a goody-two-shoes, just found the imagery a bit unpleasant. But I appreciate the win by Wales!

Good Morning Troops
Like Vino, we are awaiting the remnants of hurricane Hannah here, very tropical. I have to work today anyway 3pm-12am. I am on Day 5, and feeling very good. I think the L-Glut is making a huge difference for me. When I went back to drinking after 40AF, I had been all out of the L-Glut for over a week. I will not let that happen again. I am still considering the kudzu and Topa. Whatever it takes. Well, I am off to fill out more job apps. I may begin Travel nursing sooner than I expected. I will begin with local travel, and then expand. My daughter wants to move to CA to enhance her modeling career, so we have been talking about going together. Don't know if my son, who is 21, would be amenable to living with his Father. Well, we shall see. I have not been hired by any agency yet. I just keep filling out apps. and making phone calls. Hope you all have a lovely day. I will check in after work, but it will be late. That is one of the great things about the shift that I work.
