Hey Captn, Happy Father's Day! I hope you have a good AF day.
I have to say that when I saw the title of your thread my stomach dropped ... I thought OMG am I missing Father's Day again????????????? AL makes one be a bad daughter, but luckily Father's Day in the States has passed and yes I got my Dad a nice gift ... on time too!
I always wanted to ask: is your avatar photo your boat? Do you live on it? Very cool. I grew up sailing and now that we live next to a harbor hubby & I have talked about taking sailing lessons, though we certainly couldn't afford a big boat. I miss it. My Dad just has a 14 ft day sailer now, but its a custom made one based on an 18th century boat. Its quite cute. When I was a teenager he co-owned a 25' Catalina and we used to spend weekends on it. Such fun! I think first we'll get some kayaks ... just want to get out there.
