Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this powder down in the morning? i've tried juice, no way, gave yogurt a shot this morning. It was better but still god awful. Maybe oatmeal? I'm at a loss, need to keep taking it but it's just horrid! Any suggestions are more than welcome PLEASE.....:eeew:

I have had a hard time with that also. At first I was mixing it in a small amount of smoothie. But lately I've found it's not too bad this way:
Put maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup grapefruit juice in an empty bottle with a lid. (Think gatorade)
Then add 1/2 scoop AllOne.
Shake the crap out of it.
Drink.
Repeat.
It will never dissolve--takes some getting used to but it's worth it. I feel so much better when I'm taking it._______________

My trick is to mix it with only enough liquid to dissolve it and then throw it back in one swallow.
I agree, it is ick, but it makes me feel so good it is worth the ick.
Hey, we used to slam back some pretty nasty alcohol in shots, we can slam back some AllOne, can't we?

I have had many an issue with all one. Think fermenting wallpaper paste (yogurt) exploding all over the place. It is EVIL stuff :H
So now I shake it to bits in orange juice, you know the one with bits in? And it actually is OK. I think the key is in the shaking as LV says.
Keep trying, you'll get used to it

I think so, I don't feel so knackered. One of the reasons I wanted to try is that it contains amino acids. I understand that they are really helpful in treating addictions. Haven't read enough about it yet, just though if I could get some down me neck it would be a start)
Also its a powder so easier to absorb for all of us who have damaged guts from AL abuse.
Give it a whirl. Anything and everything is worth trying.
