LOL! I can always tell when I'm cross-posting by the length of time it takes to submit the reply!

MY LIST AGAIN - I THINK NO.10'S THE IMPORTANT ONE

          1. Not obsessing about booze and where my next drink's coming from.
          2. Not waking up with a hangover.
          3. Being able to focus and act on every part of my life without thinking I need to make time to have a drink.
          4. Losing some weight after all that beer drinking.
          5. All the exciting non-AL drinks I will have instead and not feeling guilty about how many I drink.
          6. Not worrying Sun morning at church whether I look like I've been out on the booze the night before.
          7. The alternative activities I will do instead of going to the pub.
          8. The support from everyone here on MWO!
          9. The fun I will have on MWO.
          10. The freedom I just feel from being AF!!!

I knew what you were saying was right yesterday too, but was being really stubborn about accepting it.

                          Hi, Troops.

Haven't much time to check in. Sergeant has me busy with extra duties today.

I must get a report to the Colonel by 0800.

Just wanted to check in and see how the rest of the Platoon is doing.

                          Have a great day.

                          Love,
                          Cindi

                                Morning Troops,

All good on my side of the world - heading into day 41 AF and patting me-self on the back all the way!

Headed off to work in a mad dash this morning for a meeting only to remember half way there that the meeting is moved to tomorrow so I did a prompt about-face and came home LOL! So here I sit in front of two computers - one for MWO and one for "work" LOL! I do have lots of work to do today but inbetween I'm going to do a bit of gardening and bake some choc-chip muffins for my daughter's lunch box.

On the AF front, I am feeling rather wonderful! I don't have cravings anymore but I do have the odd thought that mayeeebeee I could have a drink and then I'll think it through and I'm just too damn proud of my AF stripes to toss them away willy-nilly.

K, off to peruse the posts, brb
