The worry is that the skin will make the soup 'tough' and bitty cause the skin is hard. It'll be o.k as long as you give it a good fecking blitz in the liquidiser. Nice to add a bit of mint to that.

so Cymru, any low, low fat resipies, im 140 lbs and I want to loose about 12 or 14 lbs by christmas. Quitting the booze will help but i cant stay on cottage cheese for years. I been doing it for years now. I put on about 12lbs or so over the last 18mths cos I started driving.
