WIP, I haven't been able to read all the posts today, as I am bouncing all over the house trying to get things done but wanted to ask how the transition is going for your mom today. Wishing you best of luck!

Thanks LTG, it is going OK, I did make the decision to move her to the "Comfort Care Home," instead of back to her house. Difficult decision, but I think this will be good, and her Professional Care Manager (who has seen her through nursing home, then back to her house with caregivers, then the psychiatric hospital, up till now) agrees that this is a good choice. I finally spoke with her idjit psychiatrist last night, and he agrees, too, for whatever that might be worth.... So the bedroom will be cleaned and vacant for her on Sunday, and I will move in her furniture then, and she will move in on Monday. She doesn't know, yet. The Care Manager began easing her into it, yesterday, as to where she will be going, and when. It won't be easy but that doesn't mean it isn't a good choice. Gini (Care Manager) says it appears to her that Mother is losing her cognitive capacities fairly rapidly...
