    Thanks T, just the thread I needed this morning.

    45 Days AF and nearly didn't make it last night. Shew it was a close call but after thinking it through decided to say NO TO AL!!!

    I feel stronger for it this morning.

                      I too can admit that I struggled really hard yesterday, but I made it! It is great to wake up hangover free on yet another Sunday morning! I had to get the calender out to count off the days!

                          Hi everyone! Skipped an annual party this weekend to avoid the alcohol. Loved waking up extra early this morning hangover free.I was able to get all my weekend chores done, shop, veg out in front of the TV for awhile and tonight I'm going to go to bed early. No guilt, no anxiety...that's the beauty of being AF. Have a wonderful week everyone.
