    Phew! Im knackered now. Just been working hard getting stuck into my course work this past hour. I oganised each section with pretty folder dividers...pink, light green ,blue, purple, ect. Then I sharpened all my pencils and did a pencil case spot check.
    Blue pen..check
    Red pen ..check
    rubber..check
    ruler..check

    and then too my horror I discovered that I had no PRITT STICK!!
    So , even though im exhausted , im going to go out and source some pritt stick.
    I must say I feel like ive made a great start.

            It's not the fact that I've eaten the AL chocolates, it's the fact I purposely sought them out - only remembered I was supposed to be AF when I tasted the alcohol.

                Craving a brandy here like mad... my head is trying to persuade me "ah, its for medicinal purposes...."
                yeah... RIGHT.

                Think I'll go and search for online games.. keep me busy..
                might do one of those 'avatar makers'.. does anyone remember the "lego" avatar maker? and where it is

                    Hello all. Hope the day is going well. Just come back from the councellor. Went really well, and she seemed happy that i was happy for a change. Strange that she is a councillor who specialises in alc yet had never heard of MWO. Well, she has now, and i said she better have a good look at it before i see her in 2 weeks! After id explained how i was feeling etc, she told me i had been like a car that had run thousands of miles without a good service. I had now had my service and mot and was ready to get back on the road. I liked that one!

                    o2m...dont envy you tdy! You could cover the joint in honey and then put brown sugar on top, wrap in tin foil and bake. Take the tin foil off for the last 10-15 mins
                    Vlad...You havent slipped, there only chocs, bit NO more and dont use them as an excuse.
                    Another trigger for me is just talking about white wine, thinking of it. I get the urge to just down a pint!

                      Mornin' all. It's a brand new day for me here and I'm bustin' at the seams with new plans and ideas. Trip motivated me more than anything in years!

                            C12, I thought a lot while I was gone about one of your posts I read just before I left, about your drink hiding, etc. I can't believe how much like me that sounds. Hubs and daughter would pick up my drinks, usually caffeine-free diet coke (gotta be healthy if you're gonna add Vodka) and sniff or taste it. I always knew when they had found mine by 'the look'. Then they would ignore me, especially if we were in a large family event, until everyone else left, then point out what they knew that I knew that they knew......Best part of trip was gradually I am gaining back their trust! I looked at my g'boys faces, so obviously thrilled to be with me, and thought "what a f.....g fool I am"!

                                Ruby - my niece used to double-check with me before drinking a glass of water. She'd ask me, 'Is that YOUR water?' Her dad had told her to be wary of my 'Fire Water'.
