    Did I ask you guys already recently how you get through the first week? I am trying to go au naturale...my naturopath took me off almost all my herbs, except B's, Omega 3's, L-gLutamine......and a multi vit. I don't think the Kudzuu was working that great for me anyway. I would like to avoid the harsher meds, ie Campral, etc.

                              Hi Vladders...Youv'e been missed!!! Royal jelly is from bees and is a great immune boaster and helps with allergies but ALCOHOL I don't know about..
