ooooohhh.....not sure yet...have to go over the list again and get some groceries...stuff like....VEGETABLES! no beef :*(.....i'm sure i will survive, just yet another lifestyle change, lol. she took me off kudzu and would like me to try...WILLPOWER....what health food store do i buy that from? lol anyway....life is good....need a nap already though......lol....day 2 for the 100th time.

maybe this healthy stuff will prevent me from getting sick.....
