Feeling good today - everything was just not going to plan yesterday so I experienced another trigger. But it soon leaves you if you ignore it.

That's it! Exactly! If we endure the temporary discomfort of triggers and cravings and all that... they go away! I know it's hard to remember that, sometimes hard to believe it, too. But that's exactly how it works... and the more we do that, the less compelling they seem...

I find that Zep. If eveything isnt running smoothly it sets triggers off left, right and centre. I sometimes feel a bit weak in that respect. I can be easily 'triggered' if things are not going the way i want them too. Dont know if thats the same? Live football at the pub didnt help tnt mind and texts of, 'coming down the pub to watch the footie?' knowing it means, 'coming down the pub, start drinking and then go from there till you blackout!' No thank you very much.

It's 5:30 P.M. here, have a grumpy hubby waiting on food (I'm cooking big as usual) . Dogs must be fed, little ones have covered Hubs like a horror movie. They have some size issues (3# VS 135#) & it's the little one who attacks! Size isn't everything.

I've been really surprised at how unstressed I've been while AF. But yesterday it was just one thing after the other. As I drove past the bottlestore I felt my power coming back and by the time I got home I was back on track again.

Oh, Cym, like I said, I'm an internet virgin! Soon as I learn all this stuff you'll all be tired at looking at pics since I take them ALL the time. Ya have to be open to my Tinker (3#) anywhere she wants in the house, as well as the others. I designed a dry sink after the antiques and LOVE it for storage and looks. Actually sink is a concrete composite, black, supposed to be very resiliant. I promise, I'll get it soon! Love your interest, tho!
