              Yeah I've read nothing but good things about CoQ10. I know they try and market it like some wonder drug on the net but I've been sent a few articles from Total Health Breakthrough via my e-mail who don't. Wish I still had them to re-read!!. You can get it in any Holland & Barret or other health store. I saw it in my local chemists too. It is quite expensive I think if I remember correctly!! But if you count how much a day it costs for taking the tablet it works out cheap. It's the initial outlay of say ?10 for 60 tablets or something like that. As I say can't quite remember exact costs and total health benefits, although I have the book staring at me on the shelf at the moment!! Just noticed it now and remembered it was in The Doctor's Heart Cure as well. I'm financially disabled at the mo so what money I do get just about gets me by with seeing my daughter twice a week too. So the outlay for me is too much which is why I never took more notice of it I think.

              Anyway I'm rambling (I'm a rambling man though!) Now there's a tune! Lemonjelly- Rambling Man. see I'm doing it again, can't help myself can I? I think I'm having one of tho........... "I'll just get me coat shall I?"

                    Vlad...Gotta get a piece of cake, pref carrot so we can all have the same. Hide and seek, hips is our d.j and o2m has 2 parties at the same time(animal) so were going to have photos of that. Any ideas?
