              Hi LTG, yep, still on course, she is to be installed in the new home today! I am (cautiously) very hopeful that this will be a good solution BOTH for her and for me, at least for a while. I could really use a break from all the craziness and crises...

                      WIP, I'm looking for the recipe as we speak! As far as the roast, I buy meat in bulk and have a vacuum sealer, so I put about a 3# roast in a bag covered with freshly ground black pepper and other seasonings, then seal and freeze til ready to use. Then I sear the roast on all sides and bake in roasting pan at 375 degrees til done to taste. Will post sauce recipe in a sec.

                                Ruby, it's a food vacuum system. I have one. I use the bags for the freezer and canisters for the fridge.
