It has helped since i decided that I want to really quit. I still get the cravings, but as long as i keep occupied and think about something else they pass pretty quick. They dont take over my every thought for the rest of the day. I think they help someone who really wants to quit, but if your not ready, you will still drink.To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment

Hi, Cym. Just checking in here. Busy day today, organizing my studio. I was just invited to brothers BD party tonight, and I didn't have to think twice about whether I might be too tight to drive there and back. Supposed to go to big wedding out of state but Hubs has to go to work tonight, so i'm not driving that far alone. Anyway, good going, everyone!sigpic

o2m...it does seem a bit quiet again tnt, and i hope everyone is being good. Ive been bathing and moisturising, though ive gone with the stubble look tnt. Couldnr be arsed shaving!
