    got nothing to combat cravings at all... dont know which one to buy from the MWO health store. Im on prozac so I cant take anything that will interact badly with that.
    ?I am playing all the right notes... But not necessarily in the right order.....?

        Good for you Limers! Enjoy the kids and the weather too.

        Cym, now exactly what you mean mate about those beer gardens!. That's what I was attracted to rather than the beer. I wouldn't for instance on a day like today go to the nearest pub and sit in a dark room JUST to get a beer. I'd go to a pub that had a really good beer garden. It was the lifestyle rather than the beer that was my downfall. Of course once I'd had a few beers or 5 then it WAS all about the beer!!!lol

        Chelle sorry to here you're not feeling as bright and breezy as a few here this morning. I think that 'happy' beer went out the window a long time ago didn't it??!!!lol Hope you've got some nice weather up there in Sunny Sunderland!!

          Chelle...im on fluoxetine, and the campral doesnt effect with it. Was subscibed both by my doc. Have found the campral a great help these last 3 weeks with the cravings.

            Hips - yep nice and sunny up here and will be watching the footy this afternoon - Sunderland take on Middlesbrough at home.. 'Ha'Way the Lads...

            Cym - might try looking into that Campral.. my doc refuses to prescribe anything to combat cravings tho, so will have to get it online somewhere

              Chelle- I am gonna ring the Antabuse people on Monday- it has been a month now.

              It surely will be there this week, so you shouldn't have to spend any more money.

              And although it has been annoying to wait it has given you the opportunity to see even without ANYTHING you have done pretty well- I mean you were on at least 2 bottles a day? And now you are down to most days AF with the odd slip- I think you have done incredibly well.

                        Jacob is a twat! Sounds like your doc is a bit insensitive chelle. Whats her reasons for not giving you anything to combat the cravings? There there to help people like us? If he /she isnt going to give them to alcoholics, who does she think there for and for what bloody use!!

                          I think I have just had the best holiday EVER in my life!!! I haven't come back feeling like I need to dry out I just feel rested and like I had a good time.
                          Have really missed everyone here, thought of you all every day. Loads. It kept me strong though. Oh yeah and I read 7 books while I was away. Think the bloke in Waterstones thought I was barking what with my choice of books - Drying out for Dummies etc and the amount of times I was in there :H
                          Time to catch up now and see whats been happening.
                          Hope you are all in fine fettle today.

                            Hi Chelle, I am on Prozac and take the lot, Lglut, kudzu, gaba, true calm etc. They really help me
