Normally dont do this but 9 days !!!! yea RHAAAA RHAAAA Back on the topa and RJ s programme to the letter including the CDS although I might stop them because if i hear that guy say esssccccccccccccullllator one more time I wont be responsible for the damaged CD player HAAAAAAAA. Feeling good thanks to people like you Mr T I really want a drink free life. Getting ready to sail; winds howlin at the moment I must admit Im scared any sailor aint worth his salt if he doesnt admit that !!!!! Bass Straight is no cake walk but I need to do this and me mates relying on me and we have a good boat so see ya in a week God willing.

Truly moderating for 5 weeks now! The highest number of drinks I had in one week during that time was 10 and I am averaging 4 AF days a week. It feels very good, hope to keep it up.
