                      Hi my friend, nope s 4 g is all different stories about how people got sober. I thought it was great. They are all long termers.

                      I get up early to take my dog walking before an hours drive to work. How did you know I was up at that time?

                          Afternoon Troops!

                          Well I'm looking forward to a break out in Wales this coming Thursday. Have been on the phone making arrangements this morning and going to see my mate this evening to finalize things. Will be heading out into Abergele and checking out Gwyrich Castle again to see what kind of abomination they have made of the place. The sunsets over the ocean from Emilly's Tower are amazing and I truly feel at peace in that place for some reason. For those that haven't seen the images click on my gallery photo.

                          Maybe had one to many last night but fighting fit this afternoon and looking forward to getting away now. Anyway can't get me self off youtube at mo!! Listening to some good music today and having a blast!
