        Reading about alcohol really helped me too LTG. Books about people who had been effected by it, and what they did. Found that very interesting and took up time.
        Im going into town alot, just to get some views of 'normal life', window shopping, having a coffee

            Change things around. Thats what i did when cleaning. Moved things around in the kitchen , lounge and bedroom. Made things look fresh

                  Even if its just down to the shop, get a paper and go to a park and read it. Fresh air and watching the world go by seems like nothing, but gets the brain working

                    I really enjoyed it when i did it, even though i would recommend not dropping the microwave onto slate slabs!

                          Yer. When moving everything around, i picked the micro up to move it too its new position and it just....slipped! think i had greasy hands from the oven and it fell onmy kitchen floor, which is slate!

                            Cym the Chef uses a MICROWAVE!! SHOCK HORROR!! lol

                            To be honest the best scrambled eggs I've EVER made was in the microwave!lol

                            K I'm looking at that photo and 'thinking' OK will post again in a min!! Beckham though? Nah!!
