Good Morning Army
Thank you for the pms. I am so happy that I posted as I was getting dressed to go to the liquor store. LTG and Hipp were right there for me, as were the folks in chat. The old me would have been straight off to the liquor store. Thanks for all of your help. I had the two little voices going strong. Voice #1: Ah, have a few drinks. You will forget your problems for a while. You don't have to work until 11pm tomorrow and you are in training, so not responsible. Voice#2 Drinking will not change the situation and you will feel like crap for days, and who knows if it will turn into a bender or not. You could lose your new job and if you are hungover, you will never made the needed phone calls to try and save your home. Voice #2 won this time Thank God and all of you.

Afternoon Troops.

LTG I have similar issues with my ex over MY access rights to see my 4 year old daughter. She tends to forget that I need to spend time with her too. She took her off this week-end and made out it was because she now works through the week and doesn't get time to spend with her 'properly'. So basically it's FY dad because you have NO rights and I'm gonna do what I need to do to spend time with my daughter.

To be honest with you it's become a major head fuck for me these past few days. (sorry but no other way to explain my feelings). What annoys me most though is that my ex's new partner of 13 months is trying to gain a residency order to gain some parental control over Jasmine which I'm agreeing too. Anyway we'll wait and see what happens THIS week-end with me seeing her. Was high as a kite the other day as she had agreed to start letting me see Jas over-night again at the week-ends. Seems though I'm gonna be having a 'battle' to make her stick to her word.

Thank you for being there for me last night. You had a big impact on me. I am so sorry about your struggles. I know how much you love your beautiful little Jasmine. I really hope and pray that it all works out for you soon.
LTG-I am in Southern New Hampshire so we are not at peak yet. It is peak up North. It would be lovely to take a drive up, but I am working all weekend.

Hippie, I know all this sucks. The kids get hurt the most in the long run. Step mom kept 2 of my kids from me for nearly 7 years 'cause I was in Canada with an abusive husbo. Everything has changed now and the kids have grown up. still, the drama continues for now f'ing reason. Lord help me, I need some major strength now.
