You have that awful affliction too? Thought I was the only one - I spray screenwash on my windscreen whilst driving home and the smell sets me off. The receptionist at work uses a marker pen - that sets me off. Sometimes my own hairspray sets me off. In fact thinking about this is setting me off. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH! Where's that Shloer Red Grape...

Ok, AF Army. Make me do push ups or something. I'm in the bewitching hour BAD and I just threw some glut under my tongue. Still at work and trying hard to GET OUT OF HERE. Do you know how hard it is to answer the phone with 1000mg of glut under your tongue? I'm only 2 days AF this time. ull

Isnt it strange how were getting it bad tonight girls? The smell of the autum outside set me off too.
I def agree too. Talking about it and just writing the W word down sets me off. So ill stop!

I don't even know what the "W" stands for (except our idjit USA president) and I dare not ask!

Yeah, strange day. I went to visit my mother earlier, because I go crazy if I don't visit her, but I go a bit crazy if I do, as well. She doesn't know where she is, still. It is something I still have not adjusted to. Her mind is going, fast. But she doesn't seem to be in much distress, at least most of the time, and certainly not in pain... oh, lord, it's been a strange year, 2008. I think I'll force myself to go out with my camera and get some pictures, somewhere. Probably back near downtown, lots of interesting light and shadows and old buildings. Well, "old" by USA standards!

Anyhow, everyone hold on tight, this is just transitions, and we are all in the midst of lots of adjustments... our brains/bodies/minds, our lives are all getting flim-flammed. Just got to NOT let us go back to the old familiar place that will always come calling when we are uncomfortable and weirded out a bit. Stay strong, OK??

Well, I tried it in my office but I kept warbling. And I'm sober, promise! I used to do yoga and could do that forever. Hmmm. That photo is so gross. It helps! Thanks.
