Thinking of trying thr True calm. Anyone have any opinions on it?

True calm
I like the calms. I took 2 one night to sleep and I slept like a log. so one i think is good for the nerves. I take it during the day to help with the shaky feelings I sometimes get. I hate when that happens......raineyjane -
True calm
I have taken it during the day when the Topa makes me feel "racey" they do not make me sleep during the day. HOpe that helps some.
