Onto my second 2 litre bottle of lemon and lime water.. Thought Id have it in one of our posh crystal wine glass that we got as an engagement pressie..cos otherwise they wont get used! My o/h doesnt drink, so he puts his diet coke in them on 'special occasions' LOL

O2M - Yup, sweet and sour went down well I only had a small portion and doesnt seem to have affected me at all, apart from a slight quesy feeling that went after about half an hour.
Im glad to be back and certainly a lot chirpier than I have been over the past few days
