Cy, Do you think the Campral works? I've been on it for a month now. Am doing the 2 tablets 3 times a day. It says it takes away cravings, but I'm starting to think that only includes physical cravings because my emotional cravings are still there.

Im on the same dosage. When i first started taking them i didnt think they worked, but i still wanted to drink. Now im determined to kill the beast, i find they 'help' I still get the cravings, but i find they dont last as long, and are not completely consuming my every thought for hours on end. They help the length of the craving, but would agree that they dont stop them.To Infinity And Beyond!!

O2M- so sorry to hear you still have the bloody flu, but at least you don't have a hangover to go with it. Congrats on not caving last night!
I think day 5 for ciggies is the turning point- after that it gets easier- you are doing great.

Morning everyone. I have one of those hangover headaches today - in fact I've had it all week but it's just worse today and I've NOT BEEN DRINKING! It's not fair! Hubby had it apparently the other day too. It's a beautiful day today so if the weather stays fine we are going to have a barbecue and I've bought some AF beer. We also have new neighbours moving in this weekend, hubby has introduced himself but can't remember their names!!!

I'm getting ready for my trip to Florida (leaving tomorrow), glad to be doing this AF. Otherwise not much planned for today. Maybe a bike ride, and/or a walk down to the organic farmers' market, where you can find yourself paying $10 or $12 for some squash! Really good squash... but squash nonetheless!
