Thanks for looking at my pics; I was just testing out to see if I could upload. Now I'm a bit embarrassed.
Evie, Husb and I were in Hawaii last Sept. Wonderful trip but lots of drinking between the 2 of us!!!!! I still remember everything tho-no blacking out for me, ever.

You'll prob think he looks nothing like him! No one ever agrees with me when i say people look like people!!! He was in the newer star wars and trainspotting, but he played a druggie in that so best not compare him to that one or ill get a cyber slap!!

Cy, My son is so AF it's not funny!!!! I believe that he has been so disgusted with me and his Dad that he may never pick it up. He's a Mr. Clean (and I'm really not dillusional)- he hated seeing what it turned his parents into. That's kind of sad, but I know he's really proud of me now. He's just harping on the fags now. That will be gone 10/3!!!

It's driving me crazy. Now I can't persuade Photoshop to open the pics that I just loaded onto the hard drive from my camera. Some things about my new MacBook are NOT better than the old PC! I really truly hate iPhoto, for example. Wrestling these pictures around (including the hassles with the MWO Gallery) is beginning to feel like wrestling alligators!!!

Krigs I am leaving here tomorrow morning, and hoping to have things moving along just a bit before I leave so I can just come back and check in from time to time. This evening, I am having dinner with the guy who lives next door. We already had a short talk this morning, then I went on to see a lawyer, who is referring me to an accountant... This neighbor fellow has known my family all his life, and is thinking he might like to live in our house, while he is re-habbing his house (it was his father's), so he would pay minimal rent, but do some upkeep, and be a presence in the house, which it really needs. I definitely do not want to sell, but might just use it as rental property unless and until either real estate values go back up some, or I decide to live here.

Right now I'm trying to get some photos onto Photobucket, then maybe I can post some here, if not in the damn gallery. And I can't edit them because I can't get Photoshop to open them!!!! But: wait till you see the huge birds that were in the yard this morning!

Having the neighbor move in sounds like a perfect idea. That way the house will be looked after. I think it would be neat to retire to that part of Florida. I'll be looking for the pics...good luck! Krigs

What a setting! You CAN'T sell that property!!!! Don't you love the spanish moss. I know it is taking over a bit but it so reminds me of Florida.
