Thanks LTG and Krigs, yeah, it's quite a spot. The house is small, but the lot is large, plenty of room to add on, if I wanted to. And for now, really good for rental property. It's a very quiet neighborhood and people watch out for anything going wrong (obviously, or the house would never have survived those years of neglect).

Wassup Army?
I've had a busy day: Went to the nail salon, the Burger King for my daughter and me, then the store; scrubs are ironed, lunch is made for work tonight, laundry is in the dryer. Yep, I am ready to relax. I didn't get to see everyone's pics yet. I did see WIP's house. It is adorable. Sounds like a great deal that you have going with the neighbor.

Yeah, I am really tired. I am going to try and take a nap before I go in. I left my son a note on the refrigerator of course, to let him know that I will be napping because he likes to watch Monday Night Raw, or some kind of wrestling crap on Monday nights, and he usually has the TV loud and has a friend with him.
