Hi, I'm making sure I log on this evening. Cymru - thanks yes I am enjoying job. Simba - yes I've noticed definite link to al consumption and joint aches and pains - don't know if it is scientific but also have very swollen joint on foot which doesn't ache quite so much if I don't drink. Also I am very stiff and achy when I drink so I'd say that for me there is a definite link. It's great to be back on this site - the only way I'm going to do this 30 day stint is to log on day and evening. Nice talking to you. Happy days for October.
