Hipps, your ingrown toenail must be agony! I get them sometimes but i dig them out with a thingy after a bath. Hey, I wonder if that is why I periodically lose toenails?? Hmmmm. Anyway I hope you get some relief for it soon.

morning, all. Just wanted to let you know how my morning has started. As I've said, I have wild dreams, and this morning I was dreaming I was being chased, up close, by a man w/ a shotgun. I jumped to get away from him, and woke to find myself tangled in sheets and falling out of (tall) bed. I cracked my head on the night table, saw stars, and hit the floor. By the time I steadied myself enough to get up, I had a goose egg on the right side of my head, about an inch from my temple. Doesn't hurt much, am watching for signs of concussion, but O.K. so far. So this is sobriety?! LOL And How is your day?

Actually, Chelle, my dentist says heat increases the inflammation, so tells me to use ice pack to reduce pain and swelling.

Hmm, didnt know that, thanks Ruby. Will leave the hot water bottle thing alone, but might not do the ice pack, cos my teeth are really over sensitive to cold
