Welcome Schwert..
Forgetting to eat - that is always a disaster waiting to happen for me.. expecially after physical exercise or stress.. try to plan to always eat every 2 hrs. Somone else here goes for the milk - a big glass of milk - protein hit - to help level blood sugar.
I am learning to plan better... and starting again.
