    LOL... yes, is it true that they can practicall decapitate a person with a swipe or two? their paws are so HUGE. I recently bought the book of"Knut", the story of little polar bear cub from Berlin zoo and even whe he was a few weeks old he had these huuuge paws. Still cute tho!
    ?I am playing all the right notes... But not necessarily in the right order.....?

      Hey, Hips! Head has been pounding everyday, starting to think I may have to have it looked at. Vision a little hinky too. Read you're post about day with your daughter, made me want to cry! You'll never know how much having a good daddy in her life will mean to her. My daddy was a giant man, with big appetites for everything, especially alcohol, until he was 50. Then, until his death, he was a dream come true. I miss him still so much it hurts, but his memory will always be with me!

        Chelle, Good for you getting all that exercise with your doggies; I bet you've lost some good weight with no drink and all that walking! How is your flu tdy?
        Marbs, I looked up the Sinclair Method and it looks interesting...I'll go look at what you posted. Are you getting close to the opening of your store?
        Start, I'm glad O2M made you feel better. You deserve to feel GREAT about yoursel; look at how good you're doing. Pat yourself on the back, lady!

        WIPster, What's your plan for the day?
        We have continued rain and the temp dropped from Fri at 86F to Sat 55F. The barometer drop caused a big headache for me that is now gone, thankfully. I go to dinner at my friend and her hubby's house. She is a SUPER COOK so I always covet the meals at her house and she always packs up some for me to take home and enjoy for my lunch the next day. I so look up to her- she has a perfect house, perfectly landscaped yard and cooks and bakes like a pro. She also doesn't drink (maybe occasional glass of wine). She has never had any idea I had a problem (I always hid it well around people I needed to hide it from). She'll undoubtable offer me drinks tonight that I will refuse. I may be in the first situation I have been in that I will have to explain why I am not drinking! I'm not worried about it because whatever I say will be received gracefully and without another word. I hope everyone has a nice Sunday.

          yeah my dad gave up his boozing ways when he came ashore after leaving the Merchant Navy when my oldest brother was born. He's 14 months older than me. Only drank then at Christmas and New Year. He always had to keep himself busy though for some reason. He was never idle at all. Lost my Dad 5 years ago this December and like you he's never far from my thoughts. Only wish he'd been alive to see Jasmine born. I may take Jasmine with me to the cemetery this year as I think she's now old enough to understand about her 'other' granddad.

          If that head of yours is no better tomorrow Rubes I would take myself of the Doctor's. Seriously. Especially if your vision is impaired in anyway.

                I have subscriptions for my grandchildren to "The big Back Yard" magazine. I LOVE it! and they do too. Unbelieveable pics of all different types of creatures. They pass it around til there ragged!

                                Hips, I quit cigs for 17 years and picked it up about a year and a half ago. In May I went 7 weeks NF and took that FIRST cigarette. I guess I have it in my head now....the first cigarette and the first drink will be my undoing!!!!! I Do understand this fact!
