Cleaning Poem
I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'putering',
And I had to answer "yes."
He told me to get off my fanny
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.
I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work...
I didn't mean to 'click.'
But click, I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into...
I was into it all night.
Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here on my hiney .

It's just a really bad habit for me Krigs - before I became self employed and was working normal hours I would go all day without smoking or even thinking about it. But when self employed think I had a ciggie hanging out my mouth all day.
Just trying to get busy, I have a lot of gorse to cut back from my water race so that will keep me busy - but last time I had a go at cutting it back a big spider fell out of the bush and it could SWIM, I squealed like a big baby and got the hell outta there, and haven't gone back.It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.Comment
