Yes WIPs- they are excited now - barking and being naughty - they seem to know it's race day as soon as they wake up. I am hopeful about one of them getting a cheque but the other two aren't in the right boxes for their racing style. But you never know.

Do they ALL start barking and carrying on, on race days? Or do the ones who are running know that it's their day? How does that work?

No just the race dogs start - the babies don't know why the big kids are being so silly. And the poor racers left behind get really annoyed when they don't get loaded into the trailer and start biting their cage doors.
