aww, Cy, I know that hurts, and you aren't feeling great. I have a sense of how all this feels, I was forced out of a job I loved, back in January, and spent months doing not much other than drinking and feeling horrible and scared and angry.

I know you will come out of this just fine... and I also know how hard it is to keep your game face on... but you simply must, and by that I mean your "mental" game face, not just the one you show the world... It's OK to feel lousy, but it's necessary to always stop short of wallowing in the "lousy." I have the sense that you understand that totally, so it probably doesn't really need to be said... but I care about you and just want to give you a small encouragement.
