How are we all on this lovely cold dark might be raining might be not cos I cant see out morning?

I am sorry for having a moan last night, guess I just felt guilty about hubby. Kriger, you are right, need to get my thinking cap on I will drop you a pm later if thats ok?

Hipps your poem and picture made me laugh loads this morning. Thank you:H That is me to a T sadly! Never mind at least I am not drinking and sorting out my personal life surely cant be that hard??????

So today is Limeys second week in the land of sobriety and she is doing great and that makes me feel great!!! Keep it up Limey!

Where are you Sea? Missed you yesterday hun?

Anyway, guess I better get off the 'puter and get my sorry ass moving !!!!

Morning troops.

Starting noticed yesterday in the Sunday AF shout out you had 89 days! So today is the day you reach 3 months sober. Usually in the past this was the marker for me to start questioning my sobriety and usually fail miserably at handling life's situations in the process. You've shown great resolve over these past few months and it's been a real pleasure getting to know you better in this thread. MANY congratulations on reaching 90 days you're a real trooper.

One hope you're well this morning. Have been up an hour at least contacting a few friends. So now I'm off over the Liverpool city centre. Desperately need a new pair of boots/trainers so heading to TX MAX in town. Will check back in later this afternoon with the rest of the troops.

Just a quick Hello to the Fabulous AF Army!

I was catching up on your posts this morning- I am nosey even if though i am out of the army just temporarily.

CY Sorry you had a down day- this week will be fab for you I feel it in my bones!

Starting- Bloody well done- I bet is is hard to believe you have come this far! Maybe just a chat with hubby might do the trick?

O2M- I went to new York in the year 2000- I went in November on my own. That was a bit of a mistake, as I only spoke to 2 people in the 6 days I was there! Both in bars, surprise, surprise! It was LUSSSHHHH but very very expensive. I will post a piccy or two if I get time later!

Limers- BIG CONGRATS too!!! You are doing marvelously- great stuff!

To all the rest who will arrive later on Big Hello, I still read all your posts and will be back in the army as soon as I can-

Morning Hippie, Hope you have a sucessful shop- I'm going to Barcelona shopping- big trigger for me, but the naltrexone makes licking rubber seem more exciting so Thank God for that.

Here is a pic I took O2M- from the Empire State Building- the Twin Towers were still there in 2000- you can see them in the distance.

Who would have guessed less than a year later they would be gone.

Morning marbs.

Yeah in the past this would be one of my triggers. Heading into the center of town with a pocket full of money!!. I could quite easily go round a few of my old haunts today if I were that way inclined. Not gonna happen though as I know I'm a much better person without the drink and I need to stay sober as I'm seeing Jasmine tomorrow. Last thing I need is going down there reaking of 'last nights' booze. Am gonna buy her something nice in town today too.

marbs I DO hope you're not gonna become addicted to licking rubber now instead!!!lol
