Hello One - just thought I say hello to you all before I go and check the dishies and see how they pulled up after yesterdays racing. I'm taking three dishies down to a track 4 hours away tomorrow. My first trip away since November last year. Naughty old AL. stopped me from travelling since then.

Hey, Hips! I'm a boots girl. ttHey're great for everything. Hubs wears boots everyday (size 13, wink,wink) Hard to find them sometimes. He also has HUGE hands. Wish I could get him to work out upper body, LOVE a nice chest & shoulders. My Daddy had massive shoulders & chest, legendary for his strength, plus he had movie star good looks. RightO, no one can measure up. But he loved and respected Hubs, so that's the best reference a man can get! Didn't mean to wax nostaligic, just miss my Daddy SO much after 8 years.

It's a struggle sometimes Rubes, I quite often think What am I doing? But when you get a win (or placing) with your dog you forget all the hard times. My puppies are a better calibre of greyhound so should be more successfull when they get to the track.

But hey I love them all win or lose.

Thanks LTG - I have always loved long drives, it gives me time to think, and my retired dishie sits in the passenger seat beside me keeping me company. He will be stoked that he's going on a big trip again.
