    stress

Hi all......I am having a beer now as I feel like I will go mad. My children drive me to distraction! They are my trigger to drink...how awful is that!!! 2 dear children just trying to get on in their little lives and their mother needs a beer because of them....Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels like this. I have a 10mth old and a 6yr old and they are good but its sooo hard being a stay at home mother sometimes...well all the time! It can be a touch boring.....(i'm not ungrateful) ! I've had a tough day today....and I'm tense and tired. Beer relieves it.

I went for a good walk today with the dog and baby and it really helps keep my depression at bay.....I dont always feel like a walk when I'm down ..tablets and the duvet would suit well!!!! But cant do that...so walking got the air into my lungs and it is good....So, anyone who suffers from the "black-dog" bear that in mind......

    Lots of love,

    Bella XXXXXXXx

Bella, I have 6 under the age of 18?they drive me nuts on a regular basis. Have I ever drank to escape them?? YOU BET!! :H
Exercise helps a lot more though. I have been on the wagon for a staggered 5 months this year. I have more fun with them when I?m sober but it is not easy at times.

    Good luck to you,

    nat

Motherhood has it ups and downs. Anyone who tells you it is all bliss all the time is lying or just probably in denial. I love my daughters, all grown up these days, but it was not always as easy as some make it sound.
Hang in there, they grow up so fast.

Ummm. Maybe getting a job would help to see the reality of working a job AND being a mom??? I am a single mom (and yes kids can be a big trigger), but just wait until they get older. Many times I wish my 11 year old was either back to the younger ages or through puberty.

          Hi Bella
Sigh ....Yes I do know what you mean! But it does get
better in different ways as they get older. I guess its
part of the rollercoaster of life LOL. I actually found it
was better for me mentally to be a working mother.
Staying at home with a baby all day drove me mad!
So in my case it was better for all and easier for
myself to go to work. Its really nice that you can be
at home with your children too! Walking is so good
for relieving stress I'm glad you found it.
Nice to see you posting again Bella.:lPan

OMG panadol you flashed on an age 20s memory of mine. Sorry to post a music video here. But it's all about dreams. "Nothing every changes". "Won't be happy until we have it all!" It's dated but still very funny.
