What about all this worry about livers??? I was too ashamed to ask my Dr. up until May this year. I told her I was drinking too much and smoking. I wanted her to have ALL the information she needed to do the tests I needed. All OK. I don't have elevated liver enymes. I have had a couple of issues with my euterus so I stay away from kudzu but outside of that I think I'm still quite healthy despite the toxic way I lived. My drinking to excess occurred during my ages 27-40,then again at age 53-57. I had some drinking in those middle years but not much excessive stuff. I was worried about my liver before I went to my Dr., so I suggest that to all of you who are worried- it is important to put your mind at ease about your health. I want all my peeps healthy and free of worry!

I just got three from my neighbor to start. I bought a box several months ago when I went 7 weeks NF and started up again. At that time I put a patch on on the 3rd day....big mistake since the nicotine was already out of my system...I felt crappy, really crappy. I gave the patches to the neighbor. I have totally forgotten what I spent on a box. It was either $25 or $50- I totally can't remember. Brain cells missing? I think I'll go online and research the cost.
