Morning all,

Another new week to greet and I am hoping for all our sakes it is a better one that last week. Think we all faced some major struggles.....

Today I am hoping to find out what is wrong with my mum. I am praying that they can fix whatever it is and they manage to do it without screwing everything up.
I have my tutorial tonight and I havent done enough work so will just have to wing it if I can.

Today is a very special day too, it is Seas birthday! Happy Birthday dear sweet Sea I hope you have the best of days and years to come.

Today is also the day when One brings her new puppy home and starts a new life as a dog owner. I wish you many years of joy and happiness with your little one...

So have a great day everyone, I hope it is peaceful for all.

Hello all...
im glad the weekend has passed as I find saturday difficult , however im sure I will get used to it soon and im xcited about my progress so far,this day fortnight I was dieing of a hangover and it wasnt pretty , feck that! Im done with all of that!
One2 , good luck with the doggie , thouse dogs looked so cute!
And Starting , good luck with your mum and your tutorial, its a drag having to go in the evening but its good to meet the other peeps on the course.
And happy birthday Sea! Whats your plan for today?

Hey one two - it was in the NZ herald today that the celtic tiger is a rotting corpse that should have been buried long ago! Sounds like things are not looking good in the old sod. Is it as bad as they say? It says Ireland is going to see emigration like before - if so you can all come here to NZ and stay with me!

Your all welcome! Cym where you going? I was talking to some friends in Dublin over the weekend and their business has gone bust and they have a half finished house and are living with the MIL and they are in dire straights - both of them are on anti depressants and see no immediate prospect of any work. They cant believe it happened so fast. Their kids were born here so they have the option of coming back at least but they will probably lose their house.

good morning troops,glad to see all is well,is somthing going on in ireland tht i dont no about my wife and i were planning a visit in the so called near future,as long as she doesnt lose her job,a , willl probably visit any ways i here its also nc country,my sister lived in NZ yeras ago,for 5 years she said it was a beautiful country,well it looks like old gyco will join your AL free group tomorrow,all the parties are over till christmas,my bros is the 21 of the month but i can do with out for now,will see if its as easy as i think it mite be,then will i be able to say i conquered the beast,hahaha,at least i can joke about it now,hahahah,thanksgiving today,shold be a hoot,have a wonderful day,i will keep all posted ttomorrow gyco and the days after

Property maintenance - and they were racking it in a couple of years ago. They had a contract to move people out of the fatima mansions and that had a major premium on it due to the dangers of drugs etc and then the DCC had to buy them out of that contract and paid them something like 600k euros so they should have been set up for life. BUT they went completely crazy and decided to turn their normal 4 bed semi d house into a NZ house (all glass and hand made staircase imported from Italy- not that there are any NZ houses like that!) so they basically demolished the house and now they have no money to finish it. And they have no work on the horizon. What a disaster.

At one point the finished house was supposed to be worth 1.8m euros for a semi d in rathfarnham! For crying out loud that is just insane - how could that keep going? What do they say the higher you go the further you fall.

im telling you , stick your neck out to far and you will get your head cut off! Im sorry for your friends ...its truely nuts over here at the mo, whaere my kids go to school in terenure the house prices are about 1.5 mill for the average house!!Who can pay that!
