That is where I am. And what is worse, I have the tools, I know what to do. I am battling really dark thoughts and its scares the heck out of me. This funk is so bad I had to look it up in the dictionary.

I'm just so angry at myself. I know the reason(s) that landed me in this place, and I dont know how to cope with certain things without wine, plain and simple. My husband is overseas and I cannot talk to him except through email, which I apparently dont remember sending. Shit. I am trying to keep from destroying my computer with a baseball bat. I just threw the cell phone at the wall. I hope I broke it. Arent I sweet? Guys Im sorry... life just hurts right now and I will fight this funk somehow.

I don't blame you. I always said I would never marry a military man because of the time away. I'm not the keep the home fires burning, type, I just don't want to be.

Why don't you send an e-mail when sober that says the things you wish to tell him? That way, it will counteract the things you would rather have not said, at least while your judgement was impaired.

Do you take anti-depressants? If not, just to get over this "funk", it might not be a bad idea to talk to your doc about it....

thank you for a little smile. I have cookie monster bedroom slippers that I should go put on. They scare the dog though.

CS -- I am sorry, I'm really in a dark place. I see you tried to call --I think I was successful at breaking my phone and hopefully did structural damage to the wall as well.

I rarely get this angry, so I will read posts and try to stay constructive before I break something else. I'm really angry and cannot talk right now. Its not personal... I just sound like crap when I try to talk and cry at the same time.

There are just some life situations that really hurt, but are out of my control. Thanks for the encouragement and smiles... I have not been here much lately and I feel guilty for asking for help when I have given so little lately. You guys are great.

I do have some zoloft left over from a year ago and considered two days ago taking it. I wish I had listened to my intuition. I'm just afraid my doctor will not prescribe me anymore.
