    Mood swings.....

    Day 3...... of being off and my mood is all over the place.....

    I actually shouted at my partner last night...... (this never happens.....)

    Anyone else go through this (i'm under multiple sources of stress as well at the moment so it's not unlikely thats not helping!!!)

    Hi jondoh,
    Yip........was exactly like that also. Is an emotional roller-coaster `til you start to settle down and begin to savour life without the booze. Tears........tantrums........I was one crabbit little b****** until the drink got out of my system and I began to accept that booze was no longer in my life.

    If it`s any help........I am very placid now, though. :H

          Yip, I was like that - i still have my moment. 5-HTP and GABA are good for helping with moods.
