                104 days I think! Ups and downs many but the good bits far outweigh the bad.

                    It must be the upping of my meds because today is Day 3 AF, which is not the big surprise, but that I woke up Saturday morning and said I was not going to smoke anymore, and I haven't. After smoking 26 years and trying everything to quit, this is really weird. I hope it is not some fluke. And it is football day, this is the first time in 2 months that I have not drank on football Sunday. I am not going to try to figure this out, I am going to ride with it!
