              Thanks so much Kriger- but I am not really under too much stress- everything is going to plan, apart from when I turn up pissed, when there are jobs to be done.

              This week's slip was because things had gone well- I had had a busy day but everything went OK- I was celebrating I guess. Any old excuse.

              But the good thing was I only lost half a day- just a few months ago I would of made that a 3 day binge.

              I'm just concentrating on getting through the next 2 weeks without any major slip ups- I am sure once I open I will be very involved in getting going and the change of routine will take care of the witching hour- the girl I will be working with has a child and wants to be there when she gets in from school- so I will be starting work around 3 or 4pm until 10 pm.

              She cant do weekends so I will be there all day Saturday and Sunday, so although it will be long hours it will be ideal for me- all dodgy times will be covered. I will go on antabuse for the first few weeks until I get in the new routine, so I am quite confident this time I will make it

                            morning all
                            I just posted on quit smoking thread but just thought I would mention the champix (again). I found it brilliant and I only took it at half the dose for 30 days. You probably cant take it 1 2 as it also makes you lose weight (and stop gambling!) so you would probably disappear by the sounds of it and it also takes away the desire to drink AL. Anyway just thought I would mention it as it took almost all the pain out of giving up the fags for me.
