LTG you were asking about supps? I swear by the ones I take I am SURE that they keep the craving at bay....
I take Kudzu, Lglut, Allone, Omegas, C and B. Also Gaba and True calm.
Yep I rattle but whatever works and I think this does!

Starting, I have most of those supps. My Kudzu never arrived (ordered in August). My problem has been forgetting to take them on a regular basis. That is why this week I am making myself a schedule, and that will include times to take supps. I have to put some structure back into my days and I think this schedule will help. Maybe I'll treat myself to a new day timer

I take them first thing in the morning along with my prozac. lol then as soon as I walk through the door at night. Seems to work for me that way

Hi Everyone,
I just read 15 pages of posts and I think everyone has gone....my day has started rather well with beautiful skies and nice cool fall temperatures here.
LTG, I have two bottles of Kudzu I would love to give you; I decided not to take it because it talked about women having euterine problems..blah...blah...blah. I have something going on there and did not want to chance it, so I have one unopened bottle and maybe the other is unopened as well. If you want to pm me with your address I'll ship them right over to you.
