I am not in 30 days or at least I dont think I am. I've done my 30/60/90 days AF and I am mostly AF these days except the odd (very odd) one or two at the weekend but only if it happens socially I dont go out of my way for it. The AL that is but that goes for the servicings also...

I do believe it is a truly horrible experience. Not that I have experienced it myself mind you but thats what I have heard from some very unreliable sources. You may in fact never recover but at least you have a month to prepare yourself for the invasion of the fishes.
