I'm back home and cooking some chicken with vegetables and the white wine left over from Book Club. It'll be good. I'm glad that cooking with wine doesn't do any kind of triggering of cravings for me.
Got the new heating and AC installed in Mother's house today. Much more left to do on both those houses. Wish I could sell one... but now is NOT the time, plus they are in no condition to sell.
I was fascinated by those noodles in that bag... is that from McDonald's over there? Never seen anything like that over here.Comment

The Rotary does a 3 day leadership conference every year. The participants are high school juniors sponsored by the individual chapters in each state. I will be a facilitator and cabin mother. I am really looking forward to it; they have it up near Sundance, UT (Robert Redford's resort)- beautiful and quite away from everything (even cell phone reception). The schedule is jam-packed from 7am to 11pm, but if it doesn't snow we will get some time in the outdoors doing team building projects, etc. Just being with the kids and their energy will be good for me. Hi WIP. The noodles arent from McD, they are from the corner shop and you can buy them for about a dollar. Add a sachet of diff flav powder and there you go. Not very good for you but i love them on buttered toast!
