      Watched an HBO special called 'Super-size Me'. About McDonald's. Anyone see it? Caused a firestorm of health consiousness here. Tansfats are BANNED in New York!

                      Hey, Cym, if you look closely at my avatar you will see a small part of my cast-iron cookware skillet collection. Do you use that much? I absolutely have to have it! It's a Southern Heritage for me - cornbread, creamed corn, fried chicken, on&on&on&on......

                            Rubes, I saw "Super-Size mE". It was quite disturbing.
                            Cy, Way to go on the new laptop- I like the larger screens myself, especially as my eyes grow older!

                            Limey, I am so glad my kids are now 21 and 32-much easier to deal with!!
