Sorry to hear LUV! I feel like me you get to a point after so many months then BANG something grabs you that wants you to fail and boy does it not let up.

To be honest I don't know what to say right know to you because I'm struggling too LUV. No words of wisdom are gonna change things for you right now anyway but all I can say is that i Understand where you're coming from and I hope tomorrow you'll feel brighter about this slip.

You are not alone. I went on two benders in the past two weeks and feel like Shit. I wish that I had some answers for you, but I don't even know how I am going to do this myself. We both have done some solid AF time before, so I have to believe that we can do it again. I am sure that you do not want to continue on like this. I know that I certainly don't. Hang in there. There is always tomorrow. Maybe start drinking water for the rest of the night and turn in early. 4 months & 2 days was wonderful. This is just a blip on the radar if you start again tomorrow.

Don't let the beast turn this into a binge. You are worth so much more than that.

brittzak, ditto what your other friends here are saying. Get rid of the rest of the alcohol, drink a bunch of water... get up tomorrow, get well, forgive yourself, and get going again. You KNOW that you can do that, and so do we!

Horrible days are always hard. What other motivators are there in your life to balance that heavy weight?
You have kids, right? Fight back against this tomorrow for you, for them. Ultimately, as we all know so well, it has to be for ouselves. But, a renewable source of motivation helps on these tough days.

Well, I know what to say....buck up, face what triggered this. Deal with that. And stop whining about how oh "my life sucks". Yea..so does everyone else's who lives on this planet.

And for christ's sake stop depending on other people to help you. 10 friends cannoty help you. You are the only one who can fix it and you are the only one who has the strength to do so.

So do what you have to do to take care of your self...for the sake of your children...get into some therapy..and stop being so damn emotional and dependent on other people for your self-worth...

You are a beautiful soul..luvulall,, bruttzak, whatever the hell your name is...

For now..just take care of your body...so you can function for your kids!

I have found tremendous help from my friends here. I am grateful for each and every one. If not for the support I found here during weak moments, I would have caved on several occasions. I've needed boosts, and this place and the people here help me and I do depend on them.:l

Was on chat and confused to all the side stuff this is linked to. Regardless, I think they call this karma from both sides. C-if you want to do the tough love thing....great. Did that work for you and why you are dishing it out? I think we all know that does not work for most people. B-though you have yourself been pretty tough on some people. If you can dish it, then you have to have a thick enouch skin to take it.

I am new here and may seem out of line. But a new person can see it like it is...read up on some old posts and you can see it clearly.

And clearly why you may not want to post too much....this seems to be a site where it can go one way or the other. And ususally at least one person seems to want to "right" it all, when in fact they did the very same thing to another member. People should think more before they post, especially when what you did to someone....may just sling shot back at you.
