    the rules are .. there are no rules ..if you count thats great..if you are modding great too ..
    all it is just be proud you are af or mods .. for that week.. one day and so on ..and we all need a pat on the back every week we are alive and doing our best..

      Hello there Tlrgs ,Akgirl, and all to come...First day af here, and feeling positive. it's 4.10 p.m. here, have been for a jog and swim at the beach. Work 2morrow, so i just have to get through the evening's...luckily,i've done it b4, stronger/ know myself better each time, so i'm optimistic..congrat's on 1 yr.5 day's.... great to know i'll soon be feeling awcome too... Good luck Akgirl... you can do it if i can!.G.

                    Nine months being in control of alcohol. I have my life back. Less is more: I can enjoy an occasional alcoholic drink, relax and enjoy it, not worry about it. I am right where I want to be.
                    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
